Open the Start menu, navigate to wherever the XBMC link is, then right click the XBMC link and choose Properties. Click in the "Shortcut key" field and press the green button on your remote. You should see "CONTROL + SHIFT + W" appear. Click OK. Now when you press the green button it will start XBMC, or if XBMC is already running it will set the focus to XBMC.
