i dont know what you need and how much these boxes costs in usa. i think an ad04 or so should be enough. but they are all without ram and hdd. just some are full build.

Ha ha. By specific specs, I was referring to any minimum processor/graphics card (if going with an Intel model) I should be looking for. I'm not sure what XBMC needs to run smoothly.
