Yes, it's the auto turbo. Disabling overclock won't help (there is a default 600->900MHz). force_turbo will.
Automatic deinterlace won't help (it still uses advanced for SD). Explicitly setting BOB will work.
I suspect there will be fix for tonight anyway.
