If this is your issue, then your TV doesn't support this mode in your GUI refresh rate. Try switching the GUI refresh rate to 24Hz, enable fullframe 3D and try again. AFAIK this is a bug that needs a fix (-> don't use GUI fps on 3D modes but movie fps). Popcornmix already knows about it as we tackled the issue down me testing different combinations.
