Can you wind the "N" up? E.g. try 0x08000000 and if still no glitches try 0x0C000000 etc.
with 0x08000000 I still get some artefacts and discontinuities in tvheadend
with 0x0C000000 the same but more often
v3d_clock=400
so 0x08000000 points into the right direction
