According to this announcement
Kodi 15.2 Isengard – Release Candidate 3
The new release candidate is supposed to contain "Updated PVR add-ons: Tvheadend HTSP and MythTV" but at least in the case of TVHeadend that does not seem to be the case, at least not in the Ubuntu Linux version (and I did try reinstalling kodi-pvr-hts but it is still giving me the 2.1.17-1~trusty version).
I'm using the ppa:team-xbmc/unstable repository and if you go to https://launchpad.net/~team-xbmc/+archiv...u/unstable you can see that none of the kodi-pvr-hts addons have been updated since July (at least they have not as I am writing this).
