It will be fixed in tonight's #0324 build. Stay on #0322 for now (unless you don't have any Addons*.db at all, in which case you will need a build prior to #0220, then upgrade from that to #0322, and wait for #0324).
OK, thank you, but I found kind of a fix
. From build #0322 I disabled all PRV clients and then upgraded to #0323. Disabling all PRV clients from #0322 is easy, kodi doesn't freeze or hang. Now #0323 works nice and fluent as has a normal boot time.
