This is also skin dependant. Estuary usually only display either "Rating" or "My Rating". A skin like Estuary Mod v2 for Leia by guilloz is able to display both rating types at the same time. IMHO it would make sense for this to become the default for basic Estuary as well, with "My Rating" taking precedence over (third party) "Rating".
