That has been my experience too. That celeron Chromebox is a beast on the IPC.
With that said, now that we know that 4K Blu Rays will exist I hate to call any hardware "4K ready" unless it can play those files- 4k 10 bit h265. Please correct me if I am wrong, but there is only one GPU in existence (GTX 960) that has built in hardware decode for that. I would love to know the line for CPUs that can decode that stuff, from my testing it is something that starts with an i and has four cores.
Please let me know whatever other feedback you have! No way this post should have stayed up for so long, I feel bad that people were living off old advice. Getting it fixed up a little is the least I can do now.
