Not sure what the best option for this would be (flash, html5, APNG, MJPEG).
It would be cool to have an even more animated user interface to give XBMC a more interactive/futuristic look and feel. Things like backdrops on the home screen that are animated.
Also, elements of the UI like buttons that flash or have light brush over them and things like that. Many websites and games have interface elements like this, and I feel like if skins were able to have some of this functionality, some amazing things could be created.
