Kodi has stopped working
kodi helix crash daily

Fault Module Name: StackHash_dbe7
Here is another report from me ,tests were made with Kodi 14.1 and also the latest test build posted here by Karlson2K.Two logs are from crashes occured on 14.1 and one with karlson2k's build.

Kodi 14.1 test build - Webserver ON

*** Kodi crash when PAUSING a tv show ***
Kodi crashed when pausing a TVShow.

*** Kodi crash after resuming from standby ***
After resuming from standby Kodi started with Fulscreen Live TV then i accidentally pressed UP on my remote and Kodi got stuck with a black screen but audio was still running in background.
As you may see from the logs ,it seems that more than one log/dump was generated when this error occured, basically every 2 seconds or so.

Karlson2k latest test build - Webserver ON

*** Kodi crash when tryin to play a stream ***
This error occured when trying to play a stream with P2P Stream. With this build Kodi it's very unstable if Webserver ON ,random crashes are always around the corner.

Note: i apologize for not uploading to Pastebin but it's impossible to provide full debug logs there due to the file size limit.
Hi guys, any progress on this issue or do you need more debug logs?
Personally, I managed to stop both of my Windows machines from crashing regularly by uninstalling skin widgets.

I'm not using Skin Widgets. For me only disabling Webster service stop the random crashes.
New test builds, fixed webserver and trying to resolve python problem.
http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/win32...mhd_01.exe
PDB file (put to Kodi install directory, rename to kodi.pdb) http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/win32...mhd_01.pdb
Enable everything: webserver, skin widgets, non-default skins, anything else that can cause crashing.
In case of crash, upload debug logs and minidumps, please.

It's impossible to test deeply with this build because all addons are broken, tested several and non of them works .Right after Kodi starts it throws a warning about "service.library.data.provider",basically i had to use Confluence skin just to be able to generate some usefull logs (with 3rd party skins Kody behaves very strange by opening different windows by itself and makes it impossible to navigate thru menus).
It did crashed once after launching this build for the first time, right after i enabled Webserver, but no dump was created, just logs and after that it didn't crashed anymore (but also nothing works so how could i make it crash Big Grin )

Log #1 -- Kodi crash

Log #2 -- Addons failure log
Will update build.
Get installer and PDB in 20-30 minutes:
http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/win32...mhd_01.exe
http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/win32...mhd_01.pdb

Here is a crash using the build last linked, with the .pdb renamed to kodi and put where i installed.
It's a zip file containing:
kodi.log
xbmc_crashlog-14.0 Git_20150110-29f1f5c-20150111-123515.dmp
xbmc_stacktrace-14.0 Git_20150110-29f1f5c-20150111-123515.txt

I paused the episode and it crashed.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/vic1hh72b71914...h.zip?dl=0

Let me know if you need more..
This is with Webserver on, and the way i paused it was using the controls on maraschino on another computer on the same network.
Latest version crashed here too, several times and always when stopping playback of an online video.I don't have the logs but i managed to get multiple dumps and stracktraces, all generated for the same issue.

Logs -- Kodi crash when stopping playback

Oh,and thx to Karlson2k for his work on this matter, cheers mate.
@Karlson2k can you rebase builds against current helix branch? Thx

Ok,this morning Kodi crashed again when starting a LiveTV channel and i managed to get all the logs.I don't know if it's relevant but before that i disabled Vsync in Kodi settings ( i'm investigating an issue with the OSD acting strange after resuming from standby, basically some OSD windows are showing in slow motion).

*** Kodi Log ***
*** Stacktrace ***
*** Windows Event log ***
*** Kodi_Crashlog_Dump ***
*** Kodi_Crashlog_Dump 2 *** --> this dump is from " app data/local/crash dumps " folder and it's always much bigger than the one from Kodi userdata folder but have no idea what creates this dumps

EDIT: It looks that the log was too big and the paste was incomplete, here's the complete one --> Kodi Log
Had another crash yesterday. Same version, zip is here on dropbox. It contains:
xbmc_stacktrace-14.0 Git_20150110-29f1f5c-20150111-181655.txt
xbmc_stacktrace-14.0 Git_20150110-29f1f5c-20150111-181654.txt
xbmc_crashlog-14.0 Git_20150110-29f1f5c-20150111-181655.dmp
kodi.log
Crash 2

Some of them are only 0 bytes.

EDIT:
Another crash pausing.
zipped and on dropbox. It contains:
kodi.log
xbmc_crashlog-14.0 Git_20150110-29f1f5c-20150112-144007.dmp
xbmc_stacktrace-14.0 Git_20150110-29f1f5c-20150112-144007.txt
Crash 3

Once more some of them are only 0 byte.
Another crash today. This morning i have found that my HTPC was OFF due to a power blackout that occurred overnight so Kodi started fresh this time (usually i put it on stand-by so LiveTV starts immediately) but i noticed that LiveTV channel had freezed so i used Yatze remote to stop playback... and it worked but after navigating through Home menus for two seconds Kodi crashed.

Here are the complete debug logs (log, stacktrace and dumps) - - > https://www.dropbox.com/s/urfvn0lgauatau...e.zip?dl=0

I used my smartphone and FTP to get the log so i had to pack everything and upload to Dropbox. I really hope that we get to the bottom of this issue because WAF is really low right now.
Thanks for reports!

New test build, many changes from previous one. In case of crash this build should provide more information for debugging.
Installer (based on Helix release): will be updated
PDB file: will be updated <- put to Kodi installation folder, rename to Kodi.pdb

@Martijn, build based on current master should be available later at: will be updated
