Downloading now, will get back to you
Reply
First try 256m board had the usual problem, Little bit into the hd movie, Xbmc froze, then restarted, so set the cachebuffers=0 in the advanced settings, Seems ok so far, will let it run and get back to you later
Reply
Default cachebuffer still crash Xbmc.

My next build will be have cachebuffer=0 on default.

Hey guys, just wanted to mention something... to possibly help rule out a bad SDCard or something wrong with my Pi, I tried both Raspbmc and Xbian. Raspbmc had the same issue, with XBMC restarting during playback. Xbian however, played the LoTR movie completely through. I cannot verify if it buffered periodically or not, as I let it play while we went out to dinner... but when we came home I was able to watch it play the final 20 minutes without issue.

Before I test rbej's latest, would an xbmc.log from Xbian playing it successfully help at all? I think the XBMC version is Beta 1 (I did no updates to Xbian after using the Windows installer), and this is the file that I have used for testing that has locked up my Pi each time with openelec.

At least this proved to me that 1> No issues with the Pi (such as overheating)
2> No issues with SDCard.

i have strange behavior of corrent openelec r12755 build, if i watch move over my nfs network (avi, 720p or 1080p mkv) it works grate, if i watch somthing from navi-x i't also works grate, but if i try to watch somthing from revision3 xbmc crash so i thing that problem is with rev3 plugin and not with xbmc in my advancedsettings.xml and config.txt i have:
