The other thing I noticed isn't working is TV Tunes... does anyone even use that? Or should I just ditch it?

I don't think I've ever seen it work since I've used the skin...

I went through the collab branch and added everything I thought made sense. Fixed up the en_GB and en_US strings.po files but did not add the other languages since I did not want to check over all of them and they wouldn't be necessary if/when the skin is added to Weblate. The en_US file isn't strictly necessary either but I figured you wanted it and who knows how long it will take to get added to Weblate.

It "should" fix the issue you mentioned concerning the language files but if not let me know :)

EDIT: I should also mention that I updated the nexus branch with all the same changes as omega and bumped the version numbers for both.

So none of the changes are in the collaborate repo, just the omega and Nexus repos? I don't have access to pull those down, so I'll have to bring Omega down as a zip.

Only nexus and omega branches, yeah.
Nothing is locked down and you're a collaborator on the repo now so there isn't much you cannot do. If you describe the steps you take maybe I can see what the issue is.

First thing I'll do, is wipe out my entire Omega skin.folder and replace it with yours, rescan my library and see if the scan crash is fixed (which looks like it was some odd typo in the language file...nice catch....how the hell did you find that??? ) and go from there and slowly bring in the updates to get to a release point.

If you're talking about the last commit I made about the msgid then that is one I missed that made it through the initial review.

I noticed it after cause I saw the error logged in Kodi's log file.

I'm running a comprehensive test starting with Nexus (because I know how fast it moves) I have using my NAS movies which contains 1384 movies, using your updated skin with no mods, just the skin itself. I removed the source "Movies", let it clean the database and then re-added the Movies folder using Local info only (I don't use any external scrapers or artwork beef/dump etc because as a Media Companion dev/user, everything I do is NFO creation to Kodi).

It just finished from a clean start addition and it took exactly 1 hour, 18 min, 44 seconds... which is just about on par of what I expect since all artwork and NFO data is local to the NAS.

Before I did this test, I started with Omega and did exactly above, and it was taking forever just to get through like the first 20 titles... So, what I'm going to do, I'm going to wipe Omega the same way, Set Alexa to start a timer to the exact timer countdown listed it took for Nexus, and assuming it doesn't crash, see if it finishes in "near" time, or see how far off the delta really is.... so that there is no "it's an unfair test deals".... because if anything Omega should be faster I would think.... but I digress.

Starting the test after this post and will update as soon as I know more....
