Same as installing a nighly. Only difference is that afterwards you will have pvr addons which are not in the regular nightlies.

OK, I have now installed the take 9 version on my ipad 2 and at the begining I had a huge issue with the scanning part for new TV channels/Radio channels after I had enabled the Mediaportal addon and actived it. The scanning just stopped and nothing happened. As a workaround, I solved this issue by disabling the scan for Radios in the add-on. When I did that, all of my tv-channels was found after a few seconds.

The issue I'm having right now is when I'm trying to switch channels it somehows remember (record/buffering) the channel I just have watched, let's say for 5 min. which means that when I'm trying to switch to another channel, the 5 min. I just have watched earlier is now replayed before the channel switch actually will take place to the new one I have chosen to watch. Now if I have watched 5 minutes again on the new channel and want to switch to a third channel, then I have to watch 2 x 5 minutes from the others channels before the actually channel switch will take place.

I hope that this make sense so you understand my issue.

I have tried to reinstall and make a clean installation 10 times, but the issue with the channel switch is still there.

As a remark, I'm also using a Win 7 laptop connected (also wireless) to the same Mediaportal server and here I don't have any issues switching channels or make a scan for radio channels, so I think that the Mediaportal server is working properly.

Platform: iPad 2, 64GB 3G
Version of iOS: IOS 4.33, build 8J2
XBMC Build version: IOS, Take 9
Install Method: Cydia AutoInstall folder
FULL Debug Log: http://pastebin.com/Lfg0ikZt
Detailed Instructions to Reproduce the Problem: See above

Any suggestions on what is wrong?

Update: I have tried to reinstall the MediaPortal tv server application on the windows machine and then install the Take 9 version on my iPad again. It did not make any difference, the issue with channel switching is still there which means that right now I have to shutdown XBMC to switch channel.

The good news is that I don't have any issues with the picture quality or the EPG :o)
