not via network, to display the xbmc interface, connect your computer to your tv.

Thank you ppic for quick reply,

I found the possibility to enable web interface for XBMC it is accessible via URL http://[SERVER_IP]:8080 and lists all my libraries but when I try to "Play" movie via web interface on my Smart TV it tries to launch the movie on the server running the XBMC. So what's left for research is probably to find an add-on to play movies within the webinterface itself and it's better to be written using HTML5 since Philips Smart TV blocks flash player when using outside installed apps Sad

The web interface is for controlling XBMC, not for remote playback of movies. Post #16 is your solution.
If I have helped you or increased your knowledge, click the 'thumbs up' button to give thanks :) (People with less than 20 posts won't see the "thumbs up" button.)

This is different from XBMC's web interface/add-ons, but might be a solution: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=168296

It still won't be the full XBMC interface, though.
