I made time to get to the bottom of this issue. As previous mentioned before, I cannot upgrade to the latest version as I'll loose video on many channels. I also noticed another problem with some 4:3 showing as 2:3 (smaller width).
These are the last lines before the crash:
12:27:03 T:216543232 M:129073152 DEBUG: Thread CRssReader 216543232 terminating
12:27:04 T:207028224 M:128839680 INFO: WEATHER: Weather download successful
12:27:04 T:207028224 M:128839680 DEBUG: GetZipList - Processing zip://special%3a%2f%2fxbmc%2fmedia%2fweather%2ezip/
12:27:05 T:205484032 M:128954368 DEBUG: ------ Window Deinit (Pointer.xml) ------
12:27:09 T:207028224 M:128188416 ERROR: WEATHER: Unable to get data: Invalid License Key.
12:27:10 T:219676672 M:127885312 ERROR: ADDON: extension 'downloader/' is not currently supported for service addon
The last line is exactly the same on both Apple TV's. What can I do about this downloader/ ? Can I disable it or upgrade it?
Many thanks!

I know it's a tough one. Nobody was able to fix it.

Pretty sure its fixed in frodo alpha. But i get your point for sticking with Eden. But ressources are really rare atm. Maindevs are focused on android, the others on frodo.
