Thanks for working on this! I look forward to the update.
Ditto from me. :-)

Just updated, working great for me, thanks.  On Demand doesn't bring up anything, but everything else is good, and responsive as well.

Can you enable debugging in both kodi and the plugin... and send me the log, instructions below in my signature "help".

On-demand works for me so I CAN NOT debug! if you would like it fixed I need a log before pushing to Kodis repos.

I'm pretty happy with it, the guide works really well.  I'm not so sure if Pluto is really my cup of tea, (aside from the live news) so maybe some others can mention if On Demand works for them and whether it needs fixing or not.

@barney63

Next time you provide a Kodi log file (as you did on Sept 14th), provide a clean log and leave out any video piracy crap. Stuff like F4M is not welcome here.

And maybe that's why I didn't supply a log because I was trying to respect what you do here.  Why mention that now and not before?  There are some really good developers here and a few who have some serious "I need my ass kissed" attitudes.  Again trying to respect you guys, that is why I deleted my last post because I thought it needed to be said but thought better of it.  You're not helping to grow the cause by being this way, it reminds me of the Ubuntu help site which has turned off more users because of a few people with attitudes.

I don't think I've been an ingrate, I've gratefully thanked people for their work including Luna who has made two of my favorite addons, but I've effectively killed myself from getting any further help here but if it has made you at least think twice about how some of you treat people it might have been worth it.

There is no time limit on stuff like that.
I just thought I'd mention it.

Guess what: that's just like people in real life. We're not all Disneyland employees with an obligatory smile in a contract. Some people react differently than perhaps expected. You were asked to help out one of the developers, and you blatantly couldn't be bothered. This is an open-source project with all volunteers where all help is a bonus, it's not a 24/7 commercial company. Frankly, the reply you got was to be expected.

How so? I only pointed out the F4M entries in your older log file. As per Kodi's forum rules (wiki), log files of Kodi setups that contain banned add-ons will make you ineligible for support. Any Kodi problem with a clean log file will be looked into for whatever necessary troubleshooting.

No, not really.

@barney63 respect would have been supplying me a log; you seem to be under the impression I develop these plugins for myself; rather the opposite, they are created for users like you!

No, not really.
And that says it all

And we genuinely appreciate it but the lame sarcasm was unnecessary, as others have stated before.

Hey the add-on is working great on my end. I noticed some changes. Looks like Pluto themselves made some changes and that is what broke it. I do notice that choosing a movie/show before it is time to "air" gives me the movie that is currently playing..I am sure something to do with Pluto and not the add-on. Everything else works like it should. Keeping up with them and the changes is a pain I am sure. Sad Having some trouble setting it up with Pseudo Live..but that is to be expected. (And for a different thread.) I will get it figured out. Thank you again for your hard work! Smile

LOL, no minefield.

Logs help me debug, no point in posting a issue without being able to supply a log.

Stepping gingerly into the fray...

The plugin is very different. It does work, sort of. A lot of it seems to be live tv now, so if I choose a movie for example, it is joined "in progress".

If I go to OnDemand, I see a list of categories. If I choose Movies for example, no matter which one I choose- only the movie at the top of the list plays. I can try to play 20 movies and it still chooses the one at the top and nothing else. This is far different from the way it used to be. We used to be able to pick and choose, and have the film start from the beginning...

I don't sit around waiting for a film to come on. Most folks don't watch linear tv anymore. They watch on their own schedule.

This is not a criticism Lunatixz. You have obviously put a lot of work into this addon. You respond in a timely fashion when there is a problem. I think you are one of the best dev's here.

I don't know if PlutoTV has changed things on their end and this is how it's supposed to work now or not. If yes, so be it.

I am crazy busy right now and simply don't have the time to post a log. If need be, I will try and get to it next week.

Thank you for all your hard work. I know maintaining this addon can be a thankless job at time. But just know that many of us really do appreciate it. :-)
