Sure, if you submit the PR for inclusion in OpenELEC and it's not rejected.

I'm only interested in including features that have upstream support, the idea being that if/when I stop producing these builds you should eventually be able to switch back to a future stable release with no loss of functionality.

AFAIK it is just an additional argument in compiling tvheadend to enable transcoding support.

Please submit a pull request if you want it added. Further discussion without a PR is not really relevant to this test build thread which is about testing upstream changes, and not out of tree/one-off customisations.

@xxxnelly: By the way, Kodi does have a screenshot facility - print screen on a keyboard, or "texturecache.py screenshot" will work from ssh (I include texturecache.py in my builds so there's nothing for you to install). You may be asked to select a folder on your first screenshot, choose the "Screenshots" folder as you can access this over Samba.

Also, it might be worth running past the tvheadend developers in case they don't see your post in here.
