It's a good firmware; no more HD audio dropouts for me (even though changelog notes nothing about it).

The only thing i miss with this wrapper and the fact kodi isnt integrated with gui
Is the lack for subtitle support.
Sometimes i need subtitles for a tvshow episode... with kodi it is easily to grab instantly
Using himedia it is not...
Any idea how to do this?

- install Keymap - Kodi addon
- set some button like 0 or 1 to "switch player" function
than
- use menu play with dvdplayer
- download subtitle
- switch player function with 0 or 1 button
it's not fast ,but it's more easy turn on pc or use smartphone

Howly ! You are the man!
That actually does work?
So once i start the player.. using himedia wrapper... i can press 0 or 1
then chose to download subtitle
then press again to switch back to wrapper? that works?

The walking dead S01 E05
it had 2 external srt files (dutch/eng)
What happened.
First i watched with external dutch
Suddenly text was going english/dutch/english/dutch
Then i changed to english, it was ok for sec, then back to dutch ok
Then suddenly subs were out of sync
So i tried changing that through /menu/subs/ time frame
Played with it
Then twshow got completely strange
Video was not smooth at all...
very strange
lucky it was at the end of the show
I decided to look another episode
Same trouble from start:
Subs out of sync, and video very strange/not smooth
Any ideas?
If i watch another one hopefully its good.
Another thing (apart from this)
If i connect the Q5/M3 to sonos playbar? Should it set to passthrough? so RAW and RAW 5.1?

Mmm thats not that nice.
If so, it might be more interested if i could autostart every tvshow in dvdplayer then?
I dont even need himediawrapper for tvshows

big deal ... with q5/m3/q10 you can only turn off/on RAW for DDD and DTS , you can NOT turn on RAW for DD and PCM for DTS.... try to ask on futeko forum or buy a new playbar :-)
