 Try the movies Bright, Spectral and Death Note they should be in 1080p, what is your device, and your operating system? what is you internet speed? follow the steps here to force the videos to play in 1080p, in 0.14.0 any movie with the tag 1080 should play in 1080p, if a movie could be played in 1080p will be played in 720p.

Your device might be not capable of playing videos higher than 480p with Netflix plugin, due to something related to widevine. To be sure try to ask in the page of the add-on in GitHub here.

I'd like to make a log for my bug, on the GitHub page it's asked to set the Netflix Add-on on "Verbose logging" mode, but I can't find that setting ?

 Open Kodi, in the upper right press on "Settings" icon, then press on "System", then stand on "Logging", and turn on "Enable debug logging", better to uninstall all the add-ons expect Netflix plugin, and to restart Kodi, and to use Kodi default settings and skin, or just rename Kodi folder, and install fresh install of the Netflix plugin, just to isolate the problem. (For "Verbose logging" turn on "Enable component specific logging" and press on "Specify component specific logging" and choose what you want )

OK I understood.
I made it before reading your message, so I didn't reset the default skin and all that but I assure you that the problem isn't related to that, I did maaaaaaany tests Smile

Here's my log. (sorry it's too big (1Mo) to go on hastebin or similar...)
Referring to the problem here.

I did the following steps :

- read a 23,976 movie (stuttering) ("chicago princess")
- read a 24 movie (perfectly fluid) ("moi césar")
- read a 25 movie (stuttering) ("Blanche Gardin")

All at 1080p.
Video Component in Verbose Logging mode.
