thats no problem ATM i use my 2120T passive with Cooler Master GeminII M4 without fan. and temperature never rises up to 70C. but i like the design of the e-q8.

I too like the E-Q8. It was the first chassis I contacted the manufacturer about since it's similar to what's available here as the Habey EMC-800 but without the optical drive. I did not order it however since I've been concerned about the heat in the EMC-800 which does not have the top ventilation make it hard for the CPU cooler to draw air. You can find many forum threads about this issue, a few at avsforum.com. I found this problem goes away if you do not use the standard power supply but instead use a picoPSU. That adds a lot of expense to the build however.
The E-i5 is the same height as the E-Q8 and the E-i7 is 20mm taller. That's the other reason I decided to go with those -- more room for low-profile coolers for AMD/Intel builds.

I have never been able to translate those specs. I think it means 34mm with a 3.5" HDD and 46mm with 2.5" HDD(s).
Even so, at 45mm you'd have 1mm between the HDDs and the fan leaving little space to draw air down into the CPU. I've had good luck with the 37mm Silverstone NT07-1156 in the E-i5 and E-i7.

I'm not sure what size is the case fan in that case. You might be able to install a better SilenX case fan with higher CFM and lower dBA, and you can find it here- SilenX....

Try here for E-Q8: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/...68583.html. The listing says "silver" but if you contact the seller they also have black. The seller is the manufacturer and they are reputable. I've been working with them since early this year to import the E-i5 and E-i7 to the USA.
There had been a seller on eBay but I do not see it there.
