For those willing to give it another shot, I have a way to make it work (I think).
First look for the SuperTV folder (probably in addons). Find the file "default.py" and open it up.
You'll see links to all the sources.
If you follow the links you'll arrive here:

Which lists the sources SuperTV uses. Obviously many of these sources are out of date but one can edit them with up to date links, but you'll have to find a place to host the files.
Next modify the "default.py" file earlier to point to your newly modified files.
Or rather, you can keep the files on your own computer and just modify default.py to point to local files.
OR if anyone want's to volunteer to host these files, as well as allow others to modify them (in order to keep them up to date), like a public github account for example.
I haven't had a chance to actually use this addon yet so aside from out of date links, is there anything wrong with it? (I think I read something about memory issues?)
Anyway, those of us complaining about the addon, remember that the authors of open source software have no obligation to please you... it's not like they're getting paid.
