Hello,

I confirm that it works on Android.
Tested on Android Matrix 19.2 personal built with Beatles Abbey Road 2019 Atmos which uses to have dropouts every second.... no more dropouts.

There's v19 test builds available at http://mirrors.kodi.tv/test-builds/android/ select platform and download file with TrueHD-Matrix in filename. There's also builds available for other platforms where we supply executables.

Tested on Shield Pro Android - stutters/dropouts in Frozen II UHD/Atmos disc are fixed with this! Finally! Many thanks @jogal , this is a huge deal!

Pushed to Matrix and master. For stutter-fix: No one approved it, don't want to approve myself there. But it would be ready to be sent.

Haven't test yet. Very exited to see this progress, and thank everyone who was able to step up and take this on. Perhaps Freeguy was a catalyst - thanks Ryan Reynolds too!
