It should also help those who build XBMC on Linux with a newer external FFMpeg lib (I think).

Don't suppose anyone could re-upload Zyro's script? With the collapse of megaupload the script he created is no longer available. If someone has it by any chance, I would love to get it from you, and I could maybe be convinced into hosting it off one of my VPS's so that it could be linked again on the wiki page.
It would be much appreciated.

Hello everyone!
zyro, bambi73, do you have any troubles on seeking hi10p files with external ffmpeg? I have a desktop with archlinux x86 and nvidia 9600. Tried to build without vaapi and vdpau, tried both eden and just current git, but always got segfault on seek hi10p videos.
bambi73, I see you have patched something but I can't download patches because it's on megaupload.
BTW on laptop with archlinux x64 and intel hd3000 everything works fine. And all the packages version are up-to-date and the same.
bambi73, can you reupload patches please?

Moved to arch64. Everything works fine. That's 32 bit problem.

Is there any news regarding including Hi10P support in the new release? I've compiled Eden from the git repository and it still has decoding errors.
EDIT: Guess I should say, running Xubuntu 11.10

Eden does not and will not have Hi10P support.
