I just ordered an A2000 despite reading through this thread. It looks like a very hackable device - I will be using it to get more familiar with building code for the ARM platform (starting with some U-boot hacking)
I hope Allwinner comes good with the VPU libraries (and hope they will open source them, which I strongly doubt will happen)
So if I can help out at all, please let me know

I don't think ARM would be interested at all. ARM is selling great in all kinds of devices all over the market. What would having better mali support do to their sales so that they would see an impact?

Support manufactures that properly work with OSS and support us (aka pivos etc). Support Lima so they have their driver ready faster, which in the end will only be a good thing.
The only way the development of Lima will go any faster is by either paying Luc more per hour as that his current project employer pays him (He really does not have the time to work on it as he has other paid jobs.) or start coding.

UPuter PI? as Argentinian myselft, they just really failed with that name...
Its really good that someone started to expose GPIOs on the A10, but seriously, 6-7 GPIOS only? that the max it has? My router has about 10 if i remember right and R-PI has more than 20...

That got my hopes up for a moment when it mentioned an ethernet jack in the specs, but I don't see any jack or even solder points for any form of ethernet in the pictures. I've yet to hear about an Android stick with decent wifi.
