Hey guys, I don't know if anyone is familiar with msn plus! live, but those who are will recall that it has a scripting feature.
I was browsing through these scripts the other day when i noticed these two scripts
MSN to XBMC 1.3(http://www.msgpluslive.net/scripts/view/...N-to-XBMC/)
XBMC Now Playing 1.0(http://www.msgpluslive.net/scripts/view/...w-Playing/)
These scripts use http to send and recieve data to and from the XBMC using it's Web Server.
This lead me to wonder whether it would be possible to have a script that enables you to use msn off the xbox. You would not need to run msn off XBMC, but rather have it communicate with msn running on a computer within the local network.
For this to work there would probably have to be two scripts, one for XBMC and one for windows live! messenger. For those wondering, windows live! messenger uses JScript I think.
Thankyou in advance for any help.
ps. I have never created a fully functional script in any language that was more than about 20 lines long so please don't ask me for any advice
also sorry if this is old news
