Ok so after playing around some more I've found one more little request I'd like to add...

I think this should be a fairly easy one to do, in fact I thought I was just about to do some research on how to call the function and add it myself but then I thought I'd save some time and just ask the experts! In the pictures sub-menu would it be possible to add a slideshow option which just calls the random slideshow function? I like to use kiosk mode when I set things up for old folks but it does mean the only way you can get a slideshow is by using the context menu and it's not very user friendly.

Also, I know it's asking a lot but I could really do with two more editable sub-menu's as I've used all of them up now and could do with one for my Sports section and on my HTPC I'd like to add a Games section too (although for that I'll either need to get rid of an existing menu or work out how to add another home menu item lol).

• Now have 10 submenu sets which can all have 5 items each (6 if raised menu bar or hidden power button)
  
• Menu Item Slideshow (Random + recursive) - Let me know if don't want "recursive" (down sub folders) or "random" (image presentation)

We'll try get it sorted. Just to check, your "Kids Movies" is a playlist and added to the home screen as a "Video Playlist" and have content when opened ?

Yes, that's correct.

I don't have any widgets show up. I only have three menu items, "Movies", "Kid's Movies", and "TV Shows". The first two are Playlist (Video), and "TV Shows" is the regular one that was already there.

I tried adding different Widget Set items to each, but nothing shows up on the main menu. Am I supposed to install an outside script or something?

I'm on ATV2, just in case that's an issue.

You need to have "Playlist Widget script" enabled

Then the widget choice if item is a playlist should include the item "Playlists"

As a quick test, add one of the PreSet Playlists to the menu to check the widgets is working. screenshot shows PreSet choices.

1 question, what functionality will the "Clean Library" invoke?

And on another subject, what are the prerequisites for "In Progress Movies" to work?
Should this show all movies started but not yet finished?

My "In Progress TV Shows" work without any issues.

the last.fm love icon works great but the ban icon isn't working. what i mean is that i cant even click on it, ie i can't even highlight it.

also is it at all possible to have them in the music osd screen?

on other question, when playing music, and in some random xbmc menu i used the play icon in he botom left of the screen and it brought up a small box with music controls. what is that box called and is there a keyboard shortcut or anything that can bring it up on-screen at anytime?

Cheated a bit on the submenus, what was videos, movies, music etc are counted in the 10. But you can edit & re-name them.

Clean library clears out any files missing from your database. Don't Run if using external disconnected drive.

"In Progress Movies" also should just run & list any partially watched movies. worked on my system last time I tried.

Difficult for me to check the ban icon, it's only selectable if XBMC has been advised that you're allowed to Ban - I'm not. Actually works the same as the "love" icon only works if you're allowed to.

I'm sure we can squeeze them in the OSD screen, probably have to make the other buttons a bit smaller.

The popup menu can be called by pressing the "M" key while media is playing

The only cases I use are these, although I will add a toggle to change between disk type or container type. Below added into LowList View & will eventually move into some of the other views, but not views like the full wall as that's way too busy

Think last.fm and your account - Not sure though. I'll temporarily take out the check condition & we can see what happens.

Ok, I will do some more checking up on this for my system since it's a very handy feature (I use it for TV shows all the time)

Also, just noticed that every one of my movies has a U, meaning Universal rated for a guess? This is for all my movies but when I check movie info the MPAA rating is showing correctly?

Any ideas why this may be?

Am in UK and using great britain as rating setting in options if this is required info...
