Wow.. Sorry guys. I forgot all about this project. I'm fine with the mirror links. One of these days I might revive the project, but the last version still seems to work fine for me. Life's kept me pretty busy. Wish I had more time for little side-projects like these.

Awesome program!! Anyway to make this work with other formats like AVI, MP4, M2TS and M4V? I think if this tool can find them then MKVmerge can mux them into MKV files.

Or does anyone know of a similar tool to this one that will search other formats for multiple audio?

I ended up using a batch script to mux all my other formats to MKV using MKVmerge so now I can run your program on my entire collection. It would still be a great benefit if you could extend this program to work with other formats.

I came across this post and couldn't download it either.
There are a few batch processing scripts on the VideoHelp forum that can do this, but there isn't a GUI and you may need to edit the scripts a bit:
