it is mod based on Koying SPMC 12.4.1 and it has few goodies in it like mouse wheel support , Mele F10 support , long mouse click that opens contextual menu , mouse hover , so it is very mouse friendly
almost perfect experience with 1080p movies , half of them are without stutter

The lastet NB 20131219. Havs a Problem on LeTV X60 Android based TV set(Snapdragon S4 Prime Processors and 2G Memery, the customize Android version is maybe 4.1 or4.2? ). The log: http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=99580

When play some 720P 24FPS movie, it will be have lag after 1 or 2 minutes, The FPS will down to about 9 or 10/s. Then the frame stop with the sound go normally.

This version on Samsung N5100 (Exynos 4412 Processors and 2G Memery) is running well without the problem.

All the 13.0 Alpha version have this problem on the 1st drive and the release 12.2 version have not this problem.

P.S.: All the 13.0 Alpha version have another problem that it will be many color lump when playing some H.264 movie. And other player with hardmare decode has play these movie well like MX player, etc. The log: http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=99583

You're using Mediacodec, not libstagefright. Please report in this thread: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=175626

Sorry for my foolish. How can I change Mediacodec to libstagefright?

Go to "Settings-Video-Playback" and disable Mediacodec.
You have to set the Settings level to Expert, first, via the Confluence skin.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately the libstagefright seems very slow on my drive. The FPS is less than SW decode.
Anyone else experiencing very slow playback or freezing on the latest nightly builds with Rockchip RK3066 devices?
The video looks like a slideshow but audio is playing fine, fps 4-7, but sometimes video is just standing still.
The same thing happens also if only Mediacodec is selected instead of libstagefright.
(I'll post a log later if it's needed)

If I use the Feb 19 libstagefright build or the MiniX beta 2 build, videos play fine.

Curious as to what the state of libstagefright on Gotham as at? Seems to be a bit quiet here and noticed the main guy putting the work in (many thanks BTW) seems to be working on Frodo release more now. Is this at a point where libstagefright in Gotham is a working solution?

Gotham alpha 8 (i.e. pre-mediacodec) is fully working for me.
Have just downloaded the latest Gotham Nightly 31/12/2013 and have found only MediaCodec there so it looks like libstagefright has been dumped?

Oh mine, I hope not because mediacodec is hugely crashing on me regarding mpeg2 videos, notably VOB, live mpeg2-ts streaming and TS files ripped from such streaming...

Not looking for what's working, just curious as to what the direction of this development work was? I saw some forks of libstagefright with Frodo, so wasn't sure what that meant with Gotham development going forward.

Nope. amcodec has been enabled without much caution to the side-effects.
