I have my remote all setup. The buttons are the way I want them. Noticed that it's not 100% responsive tho. Is the IR on the nuc spotty, or maybe my IR blaster isn't lined up correctly? Anyone else have issues with it? It's not horrible, but would like the buttons to work every single time, and quick response.

Yes I am having issues with harmony remote response (worse than normal even for a harmony remote which isnt stellar) and also getting double presses. Have tried the limited options in logitech software to reduce repeats and delays etc but its still not quite right. My celeron NUC seems worse than my i3 haswell NUC, eventhough both remotes are setup the same. And both NUCs are definitely worse than my non NUC HTPC's using the USB IR receiver from an MCE remote bundle. In my case all devices are running Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 and the Logitech Harmon is using device "MCE Keyboard" (i map all the keyboard shortcuts to the correct buttons, P for play, X for stop, etc)

Ok, does anyone have the video settings for the NUC D54250WYK? Compared to the Xtreamer Ultra2 I think the picture is a little bit blurred.
Thanks.
Remote works fine. Disabled WOL to power on/off with remote.

Which settings do you mean? In XBMC/OpenElec? In Windows? How is your actual Setting?

Quite easy: The TV can only forward AC3, which is quite lucky for you 90% of TVs out there can only forward 2 channel PCM. Disable DTS, Enable AC3 transcode option and everything (not PCM) should get out as Dolby Digital.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
