When I go to "album information" it lags for a second and then both scripts fail.

I don't know whether or not I need to enable logging and pastebin the error but I'll do it to be safe

Glad I could help, in a way haha. What's the issue? Should I message the creator of the script? Or.. something? I'm not in a rush to use it, it'd just be comforting knowing the person who created it is aware of the issue

Looking at your log, it seems that at lines 786 and 807 you are missing a couple of common modules that script.artistslideshow and script.extendedinfo depend upon:
script.module.requests2 and script.module.simplejson.
This might be because you manually installed script.artistslideshow and script.extendedinfo (I can see that you still have the branch name -master from git included in their directory names). What should happen is that xbmc sees their dependencies in the addon.xml file and automatically downloads and installs those two modules. You can manually get them below and put them in your add-on directory and see if that resolves your issue.

They are in the frodo repo but are upwards compatible with gotham.

I apologize for all the silly questions, but I am still getting acclimated with this skin.

After playing a movie, there is a bar that appears at the top of the screen where my movies are listed. It has various icons that I assume are shortcuts for various functions. I'm not at home at the moment and can't remember exactly. How do I get this to go away?

Hi, I' ve just update my openelec to ver. 4.0.7 but can't install Aeon nox 4.1.9! "Dependencies not met". I try also the other two versions, 1.8 & 1.6. What am I doing wrong?

Sure does, and it gets bloody annoying after a while ! But if your sure you still want it playing.....have you enabled it in the 'info' on a 'file' when you press info on a series say, there is a tiny icon in bottom right corner that lets you turn it on ! If i remember correctly that is lol !

I gave the new layout from Warlion a quick 'go' and if you have the cases 'opening' and a disc roll in, there are no 'back' to the clear cases ! Just givin some input incase !

No not permanently. Its a menu, it comes on then you press "M" or if you point your mouse at the top of the screen.

I'm sure for there was some info how to remove it, but it was a long time ago. If you search for some time you'll find it. I myself use it all the time. Usually to the point that I'll just click a random main menu to get it working. So if there is a tweak to get it to work at the home screen I would use it

What did you do to get it to work? I'm not sure I want to mess with the skin to much and I'm unsure what all the changes you've made in your version are but I'd like to add these names.

I've been trying to get this to work but so far no luck. I've copied the file directly and also tried adding the changed code to my XML file. All it seems to do is make any option when pressing enter on a movie poster just stop, no info screen, it doesn't play, nothing. Would love to get it working though.

I really dislike the Youtube option for trailers. What is the best way to completely replace that option with Apple Trailers or HD-Trailers?

You can add Apple Trailers add on and then then add it as a sub menu or as a custom button on the main menu. I don't think you can add it to the YouTube options without customising the code, which is beyond me sorry.

Edit: Movies already has a trailers sub menu, you can add it there if you want.

I dont know if they work with Gotham but give it a try and report back.
I am fine with using youtube trailers, if they don't work read the info links listed above for references about Gotham to see if anyone has it working and what they did. If not let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Don't worry about asking questions you have to ask to learn A Lot of the time people get mad when people ask before searching or reading cause most likely the question has been asked and answered somewhere before. But I like to type and read.
