Don't worry about it, but we're not looking for guesses, we're looking for test results from people who have these boxes (assuming I understood gandharva's question). If anyone has either the i3 or the i5 and would like to test, I'd sure like to hear about the results.
As a side note, most 1080P HEVC content plays fine on my Haswell Celeron. It starts having issues with higher bitrates and/or 4K. I'd be interested to see how the Broadwell i3 fares.

I am waiting for a nuc5i3ryk to arrive. Meanwhile i have an extra msata which i dont use. It doesn't work on the NUC, right? Must be a M.2 Sata? Just to know if i must buy a m.2 sata.

found the i5 on overstock and placed an order, we'll see how it works with my Panasonic 65AX800U over DisplayPort
