Does anybody know if its possible to trick Amazon into giving us the 5.1 Sound as well as the optional languages?

It is restricted to silverlight (for PCs) and various "set-top", dongle, and embedded-TV systems. Unlike netflix, US Amazon encrypts the silverlight 5.1 audio streams. The hurdle with silverlight being the private key. Silverlight probably wouldn't be practical for real-time decryption on the varied kodi hardware. Although I don't know if anyone has even tried.

Mmmm have rtmp. .. apt-get and it is the latest,
I will try removing and reinstalling, if that doesn't work, I will do the manual compile and replace, though not very sure how to

I had the same error log. Amazon Addon is working again after an apt-get install rtmp* for me
