not sure what you're seeing. hopefully it's working for you again.

maybe the show you wanted to watch is not being reported correctly on the website... we've had this problem before. not an issue with the add-on -- instead something with the site itself.

next time, maybe give a little more information:
what show
debug file
etc.

don't really get a lot of help just saying, "hey, i'm getting an error."

ok i`ll try and be as precise as possible... kodi on pc...when i launch the nbc sports plugin it loads ok...showing the upcoming / live / full replays listing etc. if i try to go further...eg load the list of programs i get a nbc script error at the bottom of kodi screen. i cant get to the listing of programs...eg golf channel...football games etc... i get the error before i get there

this was the same script error that seemed to have been fixed a couple of weeks ago...but now im getting it again...any ideas?

I'm hoping someone would be kind enough to help.

Should the DNS settings I use for US Netflix on PS3 work for this? I obtained them from google for free, but it's worked flawlessly on PS3 for roughly a year. I put the primary and secondary DNS in to Openelec on the connections tab, but no videos would work - I just keep getting the "one or more items failed to play" error. I can still use other add-ons with the DNS settings applied, yet before I added them I could play a video in the NBC Sports add-on from Spotlight, however it doesn't play with DNS settings added.

Confused? Huh

I'm connecting wirelessly if that makes any difference.

hmm... sounds like it might be a problem with the install.
maybe try to reinstall the app.

you should be able to at least get to the page with the listings.

I'm afraid I'm having the same problems as above regards unable to get any further than clicking on Live & Upcoming.

I'm using a Fire TV with a SmartDNS with Kodi 14.2 and running NBC Sports Extra version 0.0.7.

Everything was working fine yesterday (unsure what version of the app I was running then) but this morning I just get script error when trying to access the Live & Upcoming section.

The Fire TV updated itself last night and that is the only difference so I'm presuming something in the Fire TV update has affected the addon.

I have tried running SPMC instead of Kodi 14.2 and the error was still the same in the NBC Sports Live Extra app.

Edit - This problem is no longer the case, I presume the app or NBC themselves were doing maintenance this morning as its now connecting and playing just fine.

I've started getting the same error as above. All was working fine until today (just checked again 5 minutes ago). Running 0.0.7 with SmartDNS.

....maybe, it's your DNS Huh

obviously this is a sporadic thing, so...
again, no error log, no real help.

Unfortunately it seems like login cookies are now required to get the streams, not all of them (golf, PFT, Dan Patrick Show still work for now). It seems like the login code may have to be implemented sooner rather than later. I'm not sure how much time I'll be able to dedicate to this so any help from the community would be greatly appreciated.

I would help mate but don't know the front end of a plugin from the back end. This is the best addon out there by a mile and it would be great if this hiccup could be sorted..........thanks for all your efforts.

I wouldn't have a clue either mate but I do have a valid login so can test wherever I need to if that's helps you.

It's line 175 of the nbcsn.py file. I can test this in about 35 minutes when the Bruins/Redwings game starts.

I am watching pre-game show now. But I actually made some other changes to plugin to display Live/Future games properly...
