Just tested and looks great! For me it would be already fine as scroll bars, I'd improve progress maybe

One thing: does thumbnails work for you when browsing remote image like for posters? (Not via artwork downloader). I've tried resetting settings and profile but this happens on all my devices and most of all our works with confluence skin.

Yeah, that's what I thought...

About the proghressbar: try to play a bit with the color settings. Note that you can define a ARGB value... With the first two characters you can define transparency. Maybe you can come up with a good color setting to make the default ?

ist possible to add fake discart in the horizonal panel view and showcase view also? this is my fav view it will be great it you can add it into this view too and the disk should be in the bottom not in top for this view ,

another feature is colored studio logos for the movies and tv shows and colored IMDb logo instead of white star rating

also if you can add Blueray case it will look better with the fake diskart

hi marcel, I made another version for arrows up/down under spinctrl folder, give them a look if you like them (the current ones are nice, but imho they have different style from the rest of the skin... also when selected they aren't colored).

Also most important I made a hi-res images for the default disk art, the current one is too lowres and therefore looks bad...

I've made new spinctrls according to new resolution and style, and also the new overlays for watched/collections. I made them some time ago, maybe you didn'n notice them

EDIT3: can you tell me which resolution are the overlays on posters in big list view? so I can make hd ones
As for the rotating disk without fake art, it looks bad even if the image is 512x512. Is there some kind of mask to edit?

1) Discart in showcase and hor. panel view --> Added to my TODO list, will pick it up somewhere in the next couple of weeks. Not sure if the discart can be added to showcase though but I'll take a look.

2) where would you want studio logos and how should it be colored ? Note that the studio logo (if present) is present in the video info dialog already.

3) Where do you want the IMDB logo and why ? Do you mean the IMDB logo with the rating ? Or do you want to display the studio/network logo + the IMDB Logo (+rating) instead of the star rating in the lower right of the footer ?

4) Adding customized cases is already on my TODO list. I will for sur eimplement this one day but it is a whole lot of work to get this right because posters have different aspect ratio's. Keep an eye on the forums when I implemented this, should be picked up somewhere in the next couple of weeks.

@marcelveldt Hi mate, when I add a sub menu to an addon iv put on my homescreen it dosnt show up when I click on the addon? It just takes me into the addon unlike if I click on settings it gives me the three options.
Any idea where I'm going wrong haha?


Edit... If I set it to auto show sub menu, it shows me they are there but still won't let me select them, just keeps taking me into the addon

Yeah, that can be a bit of a pain with the 2 rows of tiles...

There is a solution however:

Skin settings --> configure menu shortcuts --. select your custom tile --> Press Change shortcut --> choose custom action --> delete all that is in there and just type: submenu

1) large: 500x500 pixels
2) medium: 256x256 pixels
3) small: 128x128 pixels

As for the mask: cd2.png is used for that...

The overlays in big list view are 120x120

Would it be possible to create a few different overlay styles and colors perhaps ?
Just use a subfolder for each icon style, each icon style should need these 3 options:
- plain (to put a label on top of it, for example with percentage watched or number of episodes)
- disc set icon
- watched indicator

Maybe we can replace the played percentage just with an icon that it's partically watched ?

I want to create some setting to let users choose which icons they want enabled and which style they prefer.

2 things:
- the CD art is the one you used, just resized it. I've also created dedicated white masks, see if using these improves quality
- for now I've only made the bigger overlays. I'm gonna try something for new stiles (colors mostly) tomorrow

By the way, I think the Confluence's buttons has very nice design, can we use them?

Also I still have the bug with the buttons, sometimes they are not appeared with the OSD or when the OSD should be down

I prefer the studio logos in white to match the rest of the on screen display...an option to add colour (if it's possible) would be OK.
I also prefer the stars & rating so an option for this would be great if you plan to change it.

Whilst I think about it an option to choose whether to use Poster or Fanart for the fake disc art wuold be good too. The problem with using the Posters sometimes is many of them contain text & this gets cropped off in odd places, also I have custom images for collections & these have a border around & fake multi discs at the bottom & when cropped they are showing which looks odd.

Any progress on indicating whether collections have been watched or not & how many of total?
