blur still seems to work with extended info so might it be possible that something broke in the last update where you made a small redesign in the dialogvideoinfo ?
i hope it's just a deleted line by mistake or something like that.

I see on you Video Info Dialog that the icon used for MPAA rating is the banner one. On mine it shows only the standard icon (but i am sure i have the banners too as i made them yesterday ). Did you did something special ?

Thanks, i was palying with the options but couldn't see this, I eventually had to manually set a path for the "reloaded icons".
Why the default path in extra folder isn't used by default ?

Also on my option panel instead of "Mpaa Flags" I have "Infopanel Option" with a check button oO

And i see now that i will have to modiy the banners i did as they don't have a space on the left and right as the US Mpaa have so they aren"t aligned

BTW Mike, there is a bug in that option panel.

If i check the "info panel option", the standard MPAA flag is replaced by the reloaded ones. OK
If i check the "extended", the reloaded extended flags popup. OK

Each time a preview is available at the bottom of the panel and shows the icons which is used.
But if you uncheck "infopanel option" WITHOUT having unchecked extended both icons overlap in the preview.

Also there is definitely a problem with the centering of the icons (hence my problem) -> the actual center isn't in the visual center of the container. Will upload an image.

We see also on this one that if extended isn't unchecked, the container still has the size of the extended banner.

Not really. I have mame and a fair few games. I've gone through some instructions for adding mame offline and got it added but never seemed to be right i.e. the artwork. I'll try again and at least i'll have some content to check rcb out and look into more vuews for you.

If you have any hints/tips setting up rcb please let me know

i have try to add a MAME Collection in RCB but not rellay good. But i dont use MAME.
Do you have a problem with other ROM Collection? For example SNES, N64 etc.

Ok i found the misalignement glitch.

Just remove the <left>-25</left> in the parent group (at line 255). My guess is it is a dirty workaround to remove the left part of the US Mpaa which is empty to align the actual pixel, but this should be handled in the png not in the code as it breaks the others png IMHO.

Edit: At line 692 there is also the same kind of padding (<left>-10</left>) which is the culprit for the video stream icon to be misaligned too.

Edit 2 : If you don't mind i will correct these and some other misalignements i found in Dialog Video Info and also provide modified extended US MPAA png for perfect matching. Just tell me if it's ok for you.

Try System/Appearance/Skin/Settings/Help and make sure you have scriptmoreinfo installed which I think is part of schimi2k's pack.

scriptmoreinfo DONT need anymore! Just need the latest extendedinfo (from off. Repo) - thats why it isnt in my pack anymore

I stand corrected. It's script.skin.info.service-master that is needed or it will break open cases discart if missing.
I have extendedinfo but without the above, discart goes missing in boxsets open case using Showcase view unless I've overlooked something.

To access a view you don't need any addons, when are you trying to access RightList view? from what source?

You might need to switch on debug and send me the Debug_log (wiki)

Debug_log this is only happening in music, all other categories like movies and tvshows rightlist view works cheers Mike

I'm using Kodiflix with Discart view and fakeart is not showing on the selected disc. It shows in the preview before selecting the actual disc but not when the view is on the disc itself.
I hope screenshots are self explanatory.
