I was getting failed to authorise 5 or 6 times and then it would work. This might sound strange but I managed to resolve it by changing the time zone settings on my system to New York time. Since doing this it connects first time every time.

i did the same but every now and then you will get one failed to authorise

I am on Openelec and have Comcast account and using PIA VPN and eventually yesterday I managed to get into the NASCAR programme.........however, it was buffering so i came out of the settings and amended to SD and then it wouldn't let me back in!!....kept saying 'Failed to Authorise'.

Is there anyone out there on Openelec with Comcast Infinity that has this addon working smoothly?

Could it be that Comcast have put a bug in at their end?

Gotcha. I was just curious in if it was in the pipeline as I saw some other chatter about it. I will PM when I have enough posts.

No problem. I'll be sure to add "work in progress.." providers to the first post to clear up any future confusion of what is supported and what is currently being built.

Brand new to Kodi Forum, but great to be a part of it...My provider is not listed, how can we make this happen? My provider is AT&T

Read a couple of posts above yours. The addon author has explained what to do to add your provider to the list.

i use pia with xfinity with no issues what so ever

There is something wrong with the Addon/streams

I have Xfinity & direct TV logins with PIA vpn for my android TV box, was working to start off with, now since Saturday it has been getting worst last night could not watch any live channels message on screen saying check log, also the picture is worse than when I used to watch it last year for the football no chance watching it on 3450 HD as the picture lags badly have to switch to 2200 HD which is better but still lags a little bit was not like this last year, considering I am now paying a fee to NBC this needs to be sorted out as this is also effecting my friends as well who have this addon on there KODI Android boxes, strange that I can use the NBC app on my IPAD and it works fine and the picture does not lag at all, will check this on my windows 10 PC and let you guys know the results but for Android box user this is not good at all either there is something wrong either with this Addon or the streams from NBC Sports extra Sad

Just checked again and all is good, this morning around 3am all reply football was not working and now they are and also I can watch the on setting 3450 HD without any problems so most likely NBC have fixed the streams thats why I was getting error messages on screen and a lot better than last Saturday when I could only watch 1 game

Happy days are back again ! now looking forward to the footie this weekend Rofl
