Using latest Kodi 16 (Jarvis) build.

Yes, those files will play flawlessly with hardware deinterlacing because they use the h264 codec. I'm watching now Canal+ Liga HD on the Shield and it's perfect

Also, if you'd bothered to click on a few links, which start on that wiki page you could have gotten to HERE, which includes how to troubleshoot NFS problems. You have to do some of the work yourself and read the wiki.

you won't get public builds yet for 17.0 and should certainly not yet be using them on android as some work is needed
Nightlies will still be 16.0
