Ok I dug up a Raspberry Pi-1 which has a fresh install of OpenElec 6.0 on it. Just installed WNBC and it works and by tomorrow I bet when I turn it back on WNBC will not work.
WNBC must be putting something on Kodi cache ? So the next time it wont work.

I'm going to guess that it has something to do with cookies as the stages of m3u8 are being opened. I've had past problems where session cookies are stored instead of being cleared and initialized each session, but that was with a different add-on. It would explain why it works the first 24 hours.
To test that you can find cookies.dat in the cache folder and try renaming it and restarting Kodi to see if the add-on then runs with cookies cleared. I don't have this problem on any other platform though, so I could be barking.

Should I download one of the Tools that clears all the cache on Kodi ? Or is that cookies.dat file not effected by that.
