Turn it off, according to your IP you don't need it. The proxy is enabled but not configured which why you get the error.
And just to check, what version of the add-on are you running?

Do you have any other proxy or VPN configured?

This is your problem:
Code:

15:24:45  59.396919 T:1593832480   DEBUG: Error, could not open file https://nbcmpx-vh.akamaihd.net/i/video/808/802/160127_2975688_Reunion_mpx_,1696,1296,896,696,496,306,240,150,64,.mp4.csmil/index_0_av.m3u8?null=&id=AgBJgtTcaFWkJ4yzs1ZJVN1jDfenFPl0xc45Bi7G4EekDAC2qUfzA98JqEjkSmW7XCPzjex14qJ9dQ%3d%3d&hdntl=exp=1454703884~acl=%2fi%2fvideo%2f808%2f802%2f160127_2975688_Reunion_mpx_*~data=hdntl~hmac=28b754b688305f258e7a848597f3e1cb83165ce522fa3829cdef9a1d31a551cf

This should not happen if you're in the US.
Are you able to run a browser to access and play the videos on Comcast? The website is www.nbc.com.

Ok I dug up a Raspberry Pi-1 which has a fresh install of OpenElec 6.0 on it. Just installed WNBC and it works and by tomorrow I bet when I turn it back on WNBC will not work.
WNBC must be putting something on Kodi cache ? So the next time it wont work.

I'm going to guess that it has something to do with cookies as the stages of m3u8 are being opened. I've had past problems where session cookies are stored instead of being cleared and initialized each session, but that was with a different add-on. It would explain why it works the first 24 hours.
To test that you can find cookies.dat in the cache folder and try renaming it and restarting Kodi to see if the add-on then runs with cookies cleared. I don't have this problem on any other platform though, so I could be barking.

Should I download one of the Tools that clears all the cache on Kodi ? Or is that cookies.dat file not effected by that.

No need, just rename cookies.dat. You can rename it back to cookies.dat after you test and nothing is lost.
The cache cleaner may cause other problems.

Alright Got WinSCP interesting program ! Stumbling around OSMC did a search for cookies.dat found in ./OSMC/.kodi/temp/ which the .kodi is a hidden folder. went in and changed cookiestemp.dat rebooted Kodi tried WNBC ....... Same problem Sad logged back in to check found cookies.dat along side of cookiestemp.dat

Any other ones you want to try ?

No idea what's wrong, but it's definitely platform related.
