all working fantastic here in Holland, Minix android box, DNS server via Amsterdam, few buffering problems now and again, but I just lower the speed then. Thanks Eracknaphobia ! You have made me and others very happy, one question, is it possible to add the main NBCSN channel ? Please keep up the great work.

You can change the cache size in Kodi with the add on Easy Advanced Settings, google it for download and settings.

I have this addon on both my PC and Android box, via KODI, my Android box works fine most of the time with Directv login but sometime get an authorise error message and I just go to clear save data and try again most of the time it lets me in, My PC will not work with my Directv login and has never in the past 8 months, I had to get Xfinuity logins and they worked, but now my Xfinuity logins don't work anymore on the PC and I have even got new Xfinuity logins which has the same results, if there any other provider which works on the PC KODI version of NBC sports extra

Are you in the US or elswhere ? If you are outside the US and using a VPN or DNS choose a server as close as possible.

A better alternative if this addon isn't working for people who are using Windows 8.1 or 10 is to use the NBCSLE app available in the Windows Store, no huge banner ad and full screen.
The picture quality isn't quite on a par with running the streams through Kodi but its still pretty damn good and instead of buffering you'll just get a change in the quality of the stream you're watching.

If you do the Windows Store method, make sure your Store Region is on United States. You can change it in settings.

I have tried to change the Cache settings and it's not working. If I lower the quality it works, but then again the quality is not good. I got smart DNS and my internet speed is 150/150. I installed the Official Android app and sideloaded it and that works with full quality no problems, but the app lags and I dont want to use it.

I wrote an email to NBC Live Extra about they making a Android TV app, and they responded they would look into it. They already have a "android tv" app for the Fire TV, so it should not be hard to replicate that, but for google, or am I wrong ?

There in lies your problem, unlike many other similar services NBCSNLE requires the whole stream to be proxied if you're viewing outside the United States, you could have a GB internet connection but if your unlocking service doesn't provide enough bandwidth you'll still suffer from buffering.

Have you tried rolling one of the windows 10 computers to kodi 15.2.
That is the version i am using on windows 10 and have no issues.

As I said, 15.2 does not help. Are you actually watching a "Watch Golf Channel LIVE" menu item? Note that I always have 2 of them at the top of the "Live and Upcoming" list.

Another possible clue: When the commercial break stars, the music is playing in AAC 2.0. Then a buffering popup shows, the music stops and then after a few seconds, the sound format changes to "AAC 1.0" or sometimes "AAC 4.0".

Could this indicate a Codec problem?

Turns out the W7/W10 difference was caused by the content of the Kodi favorites.xml file. Here they are:

Keep getting thrown out of the stream today while watching the Leicester v Southampton game. Works great for up to 15 mins then have to click on the match again in the live and upcoming section. Anyone else have an issue? Using an android TV box with 15.2.

Having same issue. Using Unblock US from Canada. Annoying

That might be related to the "Favorite" you are using to get it. Try deleting and re-adding the favorite.
