That helped..stream rate was set for best quality..adjusted it to 3000 seems to be the best ...no freezing ...working now..will see how live games go tonight...thanks

You must use kodi 16. kodi 17.0 is beta and the last update from the addon is from End July and there is no kodi 17.0 support.

Kodi 17 beta 3 (for Windows) works for me? I've only tested archived games, but live games should work too.

The issue I had with NHL.TV add on in Kodi 17 beta's 1,2, and 3 was the sound would be off by 4 or more seconds. I could manually offset the sound and would work just fine but didn't think that was necessary. So with someone else's advice about NHL.TV not being compatible for Kodi 17 yet I downgraded back to Kodi 16. Worked flawlessly.sound was on time. This offset sound problem was only and issue with the NHL.TV add on. I am fine sticking with Kodi 16 a while longer. I can submit a log if need be but since I don't have the issue with Kodi 16 any more I am satisfied with the quality and functionality.

Tried both 16.0 and 16.1.. 2016.07.27 addon... Using Windows 7 sp1.
Able to login, surf games, Will let me choose a stream, But games willnot startup when I select them. I dont get the spinning wheel of death in the bottom right corner or anything.. Just doesnt do anything.

I don't think you are getting logged in. There is no .m3u8 link and the cookie variable is blank. Have you tried Addon-Settings > logout? If you have any dns / vpn proxies setup please disable them and try again.

The login doesn't occur until a stream selection is made.

Just wanted to say I installed this on my firetv stick with kodi 16.1 and its working good so far. I haven't been able to test a live game but the extended highlights are loading and working great. Thanks for this!!

[1] I'll try to logout/logout when i get home...
[2] I am utilizing a DNS (adfreetime). I used it last year with your app last year w/out issue....If relogging is unsuccessful, i'll disable DNS and try again.

I had no issues with two kodi 16.1 (win 10AU) boxes last night. Also I had no issue with Amazon FTV (first gen); I think I have kodi 16 on it.

I forced an uninstall and installed the newer version and the highlights are working now. Not sure if you changed something or if the NHL site was just mixed up for a while or if uninstalling helped something but thanks! This is an awesome plugin.

Another quick question, can anyone confirm if you can watch your home team with this (and an account obviously)? I know with center ice, they blackout the games of your local team most of the time. Not sure if this is different. We pretty much only have cable for the hockey games. This would be much cheaper.

I can't confirm yet for the kodi version but for anything officially nhl tv app, You need a service like unlocator or adfreetime. Costs are about 3-5.00 per month and that will spoof you so you can watch every NHL game that normally would be blacked out. But its totally worth it to use it. If not, you will be blacked out for all your local team's games, anything thats on nhl network or nbc sports network.

Ok, updated to newest app version 10/13. Still on Kodi 16.1... Win 7 sp1....
I can currently only watch recap and extended highlights (will test live game tonight)...
I cannot watch a Full Replay of a game.. Saying my login/pw are not correct. I tried to "logout" thru the app, then tried again without success...
