Hi Mike_Doc

Using Kodi v17 and GIT for Madnox, There are some changes for music nfo, and I think the rating of the albums via the 5 stars in Madnox doesn't seem to be working now.

Iv'e updated my nfo but its not pulling through into view.

Music rating has changed in krypton and is being worked on. It has increased from 5 to 10 as well.

First issue is resolved with latest from mikesilvo git (thanks!). Second bug is still present.

Have you check in skin settings - customize main menu- your menu item - widget - background - use single image ?

I tried and there is no such settings:

I also tried Skin Settings > Customisers > General Main Menu Settings and there is no setting there either.

I would be glad to edit the skin's xml file... I have been searching in the files and cannot figure out the location where the fan art background is being called up.

Any help would be awesome.

For others interested, in templates.xml, I changed lines:
9522, 9543, 9564, 9584, 9611, 9632, 9653 and 9673 to read:

<property name="imagepath"></property>

Hi,

I’m new to the boards though I have lurked here from time to time to find answers to a variety of questions. I have an issue that I cannot seem to find a way to solve. I prefer to use the Shelf3d view for my main movie screen but have it change to LowList when I enter a movie set. Unfortunately, I have to manually change the view to LowList the first time I view inside the set, and Kodi remembers the setting thereafter. That wouldn’t be such a chore except I have several machines running Kodi with different login accounts. I have to edit this manually on each one every time a new movie set is created. As you can imagine, that is a real pain. I was wondering if there is a way to get it to default to the LowList view for movie sets while maintaining the Shelf3d setting for the overall movie listing outside of sets.

I’ve searched the settings and have been unable to find anything that jumps out at me or does the job. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Iiamdaly3,

You'll now find this in the Krypton GIT, look in view options and you should have 'Disc Art Front' when Disc Art is enabled. No slide at the moment, just this 1st version. See if it's ok?

Thanks for adding this option in the new version. Its a great option to have for people who much prefer front disc art like myself.

Is it possible you could provide me info on which part of the code i would need to edit to get the discs to rotate as i prefer the discs to rotate and personally i don't like the delay or disc fade effects before appearing this applies on collections and single movies. If you could help me on what i need to edit to remove these effects that would be great.

I'm confident in editing the XML files i just need to know which part of the code i need to change.

I appreciate all your time and effort.

Hello, i use the live tv plugin for vu+ and the recording function.
When i had record a show, the path does not show a picture.

I use the pvr artwork too. Is it possible to take the picture from the pvr artwork for the recording folder?

For example

Or the live picture from the actual movie/serie that i show at the moment - for example (showcase view) i see the serie grounded life

Hello, i think, i have found a little bug in the low list view for tv shows.

Example:
The TV Show - The King of Queens - starts in 1998

This view is correct - it show the date as the tv show starts

This view show the date for the 9th Seasson - (2006) correct

The 3rd level and 3rd view show the date form the beginning from king of queens and not the date from the 9th Seasson.
