It's all good. It was "adjust refresh rate" messing things up. I was looking at the readings on the analyzer while the system was stabilizing.

Ah yes i can see, so all those changes in this list already in place, this release information published only today "https://kodi.tv/kodi-v17-0-krypton-release-candidate-4/" so checking we have latest fixes in its place.
