One question when you clean thumbnails does it remove all thumbnails even the ones your using or just the thumbnail files?
OK I didn't wait for an answer but it worked fine only removed thumbnails from the folders. All the ones I'm using are still there.
This saved me about 1.5 gb.
Other than packages, thumbnails, and addons should I run the rest of the list, any downside?
Thanks Rocko

I'm not sure I understand, it deleted the thumbnails in the folders but left the thumbnails on all my addons.

Previous version had a bug that it didn't delete thumbs if you run "clean all"... should be fixed

That option should prevent from deleting thumbs that are found in textures database...

Does the "Delete only thumbs not in database" option that was added under the Ignore Other tab not fix this?

Well, I must have missed that option, or it was implemented after the last time I checked.
Kudos for this, now it's perfect!
Yes I added it to last version...

It keeps last X packages, where you select how much is X - from 1 to 4 packages. This means that if you set it to i.e. 2, it will keep lastest 2 packages from every addon in addons/packages folder.
