Configure will get you to add-on settings going that route. You can also access add-on settings in kodi 17 by pressing left while in the NBC Sports addon.

Thank you for your quick reply! I tried what you said - deauthorize and reauthorize. But still same result: 'one or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information of this message.' I can play features and highlights but replays or live&upcoming.

When authorizing the device through the activate.nbcsports.com on my cell phone, I noticed my TV box (Huawei Glory) was not on the device list. I tried Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV and so on. I always was able to successfully activate it. But just can't have the add-on work correctly.

By the way, I installed the NBC Sports Live Extra app on my ipad. I activated the ipad, and can play the app with no problem.

For the last week or so I am getting a lot of buffering with the addon. I checked my speeds multiple times. Pulling at least 30mbs all the time, all other streaming services work just fine, including comcast live tv, or Fox sports extra. Changing stream quality makes no difference. I can play all feds on Fox sports live extra at max quality no buffering at all. Any ideas? Could it just be NBC sucks ATM? Thanks for any suggestions!

Just for an update. If anyone else is having this issue, I am using a Windows 7 64bit system. I was able to fix the issue by updating internet explore 11 and then updating the flash player again. This has fixed the issue completely. Not too sure why, but It is working amazing again. Hope this can help someone else who may have the same issue.

Hi all. I'm having an issue activating the addon. I am using Kodi on Windows 10 and Comcast (Xfinity) is my provider. When I try to play a premium link, it asks me to activate, giving me the code. I open up the activation website, enter in my details, all goes well and it tells me it is activated, but the play fails.

If I try to play another, it asks again to activate.

I have tried selecting Apple TV, Roku, Windows 10 and get the same result for all. Should I be selecting something different?

I have an issue replaying premier league games that were on the NBCSN network, the ones on extra time play fine on replay. I get the error message one or more items failed to play, any idea how to fix this ?

Any chance this addon will be able to pick up Sportsnet New York- SNY Network?

I have this installed on a Raspberry Pi, LibreElec/Kodi 16 Jarvis.

I tried installing the app in Android from the Play store on my tablet, and I was able to stream the Mets game today with that.

The Kodi app on my Pi did authenticate to my provider (Blue Ridge Communications) and I was able to stream the Phillies game, but I saw no SNY option like I do on the Android version.

It did a good job streaming the Phillies game though, the quality was pretty darn good.

EDIT: The SNY events are listed if you leave the Default "Show All' filter on. I'll go ahead and update the filter list soon to reflect the addition of this network.

Aha... I have "Show All" disabled... :-O

I will certainly change this but I'll have to wait until Wednesday when the next Mets game is on so I can test it. I also had to activate it on the website with a code and there was no entry for a Pi so I picked Roku... don't know if it matters or not.

I did enable show all, and I do see the upcoming Mets games listed now. I won't know if it works until the next game though.

The problem only seems to be with the main NBCSN game. All other games ok and NBCSN replays are ok.

I tried the replay of the Liverpool v Everton game with no luck. All others seem fine both live and replays. I'm sure eracknaphobia will sort it.
