@Mr Ozzy you should be using the inputstream.adaptive add-on that is included with these test builds. Also, you need to install the widevine decryption library - the installation command for this is documented in Note #6 of the first post.

Man the Netflix stuff is making the RPI a killer in the HTPC space. Just need working metadata (bookmark positions) and it will be amazing!

There seem to be all sorts of issues with "Audio offset".
When a custom offset is applied to one of the TV channels and when you switch from that channel directly to a file playback - that custom offset will be applied to a file that you are currently playing (this will cause an out-of-sync audio).
How to reproduce:
1. Set the Audio offset to -0.025s (for example) for any TV channel and play that channel.
2. When the channel is still playing open the file browser and play any video file.
3. Do not stop the video, open the channel list and switch to the same TV channel again.
4. Open the file browser and play the same video file from step 2.
5. Go to "Audio and subtitle settings" and you will notice that "Audio offset" is now -0.025s.

Hi,
Has anyone been experiencing any issues watching live tv, things like pausing and stuttering.
Think I've managed to pin it down to starting with build 0613 onwards, and still a problem with latest build.
Only happens when watching live tv, watching recordings are fine.
I'm using mediaportal with no advanced settings.
Regards Bucky
Edit definitely starts with 0613

after updating from #0620 to #0629 the movies in rar-packs can't be played.
It only shows the .rar-file and when it opens only the sound starts.

That's because the rar package has been removed since it caused boot loops (see release description)

Hi Milhouse.. for me most working fine for what i need..
but there seems to be a problem with samba sharing.. shares pre configured are working but when i go to file manager and want to add a location and go to
windows samba shares .. nothing will show up..
Netflix working fine
preconfigured samba shares ( for my music etc etc ) working fine.
Pvr-VU+ plugin for life tv working fine too..
Edit :
Found now samba is using a different user file witch is located in ./kodi/.smb and now need to be named user.config instead smb.conf ..
with these setting done i can browse in my network again.. but my multiuser-target.wants ( preloading samba shares at boot ) is not working..
neither can i connect to the box with samba.. i just see the box in network.... loll
regards....
