Netflix (and all widevine-related) decode is an entirely software process, limited by the CPU speed, and unfortunately the Pi3+ - even with the bump to 1400Mhz- is just not able to decode 1080p@24fps using the ARM alone. It can almost do it, but not quite (slight audio sync issues, so it's not "smooth"). Stick with 720p even on the Pi3+ for now if you want "smooth" Netflix playback.

Yes - that was added in last night's build. Be aware that both [pi3] and [pi3+] sections apply to a pi3+,
so keep the [pi3+] section last.
