I can make a new one.
Is there any possibility to change the stream quality? (I remember in previous version it was possible)
Also, is possible to change CDN ?

1) probably not necessary, the stream keeps timing out, pretty good indication that there's a speed issue.
2) Use the global internet bandwidth limitation setting in Kodi.
3) No.

I did some research for (2) and only found some references to "Ares Wizard".
Is there other way to find "global bandwidth limitation" setting?

In Kodi:
Settings->System->Internet Access
Turn on Internet Connection Bandwidth Limitation and set the appropriate speed for your connection.

Just noticed certain shows on RT no longer play through the addon, and they seem to be youtube streams, for example none of the #ICYMI form Polly Boiko will play within the addon, and now some newer Max Keiser shows no longer play. There are a few others but the majority of shows play just fine, and the live stream is also good.
Is there a tweak for this? i.e some setting in the player/InputStream. Played around a little but no change. I can always flip to the Youtube addon for the Youtube streams but would it be possible to integrate this new feature so that viewing RT streams would remain seamless from within the addon? Or have I missed something obvious in the config?
Thanks

Yeah that's a pain. Some of the shows are migrating to youtube, most short clips.
I'm going to wait a bit and see if everything migrates and if so, there's really no reason to maintain this add-on as it will simple be a channel in the YT add-on.
