Hi all,

 I have an issue with my RPI3 with the latest Libreelec from Millhouse and I can't figure out the solution . Configuration setup : TP link gigabit switch feeding :

- PC (windows 10, regular shares)
- a router Asus RT68, with a WD Mirror Cloud NAS connected to it
- a Mikrotik router with the RPI connected to it , wired.

 For certain movies (some more than others), I get constant buffering if I try to play from Kodi from the PC shares. Same movies copied in the WD mirror cloud works perfectly, no buffering.
 If I copy a movies from PC to the WD NAS, I get 60-70MB/s contantly, so not an issue there.

 Is there any Samba setup I am missing ?

You have provided a log that does not have debug logging enabled nor does it demonstrate any attempt to play any media.  Both are required for any log to be useful in your situation.

Hmm, you are right . pastebinit seems to have some limitation in terms of file size and until I messed up with it, the previous log file was removed and I uploaded the wrong log.  Here is a snippet of a new file ( I had to truncate it again ). I installed Kodi 17 on a new card, fresh install, only added a few minutes and started one that I know it causes issues.

And how are we supposed to do that when you are downgrading to a previous (stable) version that will no longer get upgrades? Kodi and Leia are different animals, so to speak. Krypton is EOL, Leia gets all our attention now.

Another pro tip: Don't bother enabling debugging if you already have started Kodi and are already halfway into a movie. Lots of useful debug info has been missed that way. When enabling debugging, restart/reboot Kodi first for a clean log file, and then reproduce the error(s).

I just wanted to check if the issue is there in the earlier versions. I upgraded now to the latest built posted. Thank you for the tip on the debugging , I did that as well.

LE : I disabled the wired network and used the wireless instead. The movie from the log above seems to be working fine now. I still have a movie that is buffering like crazy though, I will need to check these days if there are more in this state. Here is how iperf looks like on wireless:
