Future feature Wink Tongue

i.e. it's planned.

That’s very cool, if/when that comes into play I’ll certainly be torn.. because I’ve just been playing around with vertical + multiple widgets and I love it. I did as a couple of questions about the multiple widgets earlier but understandably it’s gotten lost amongst the other comments! So hope you don’t mind me repeating here for visibility.

Is it possible to extend the widget limit to unlimited whilst in vertical mode? And is there a way to remove the main menu item widget from the sub menu view?

For the time being it is hard-coded to 25, but there will be some options coming soon. Ditto on the submenu widgets Smile

I'm hoping to revamp the widget handling a bit, as I think it is a little confusing at the moment (I was going for transferability between the different layouts, but I think it might be better if they have separate widgets sets).
Arctic Fuse 2 - Alpha now available. Support me on Ko-fi.

Firstly, is it possible to change the aspect of the widgets when using a single widget horizontal menu?

Secondly, is there an option to control the font of the home menu layout? Currently when moving around between items they all move around due to the highlighted option turning bold, would be nice if there was a way to make them retain their position.

Other than that I’m absolutely loving it so far, running perfectly on a Shield, and it may just be my eagerness but it also seems a hell of a lot quicker too

1. Why? The widget is a fullscreen view. What would changing the aspect do?
2. I'm trying to solve this issue.

Good to hear that it is running quick. I've tried my best to keep the code as clean as possible.

Just in regards the home menu font/layout, this seems to be similar to your other skin Aura where each menu item width is proportional to the menu name length. Compared to AZ1, I think each menu item width was a set width. I recall adjusting the menu item width so I could fit more items in the home menu. Just wondering if there will be an option of going back to the fixed menu item width.

Thanks again
Is it possible to use transifex (or similar services) to translate this skin?
Other skins use it, and I find it very helpful, above all for the possibility of notifying new strings to those who help with translations.
Maybe I'm missing something here, but I cannot get a vertical home menu?

The "Horizontal menu" checkbox is cleared (but also greyed out, so it cannot be changed), but I still have a horizontal menu.

Just did a fresh install of version 0.9.5 from github.

Multiple widget layout turn that on. then use Horizontal menu to toggle the 2 views.
OK done that , back tp 17.0.1 and its stopped the widgets again.

Ok that’s cool, just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing anything so far, to be honest I can definitely live with that limit for now as my only list with over 25 items is my movies watchlist - turns out the reason I was having an issue is some of my movies had been removed from a Trakt list I was using so I only had the first 10 or so Star Wars films... like I said early really good work mate loving it
Hi

Just installed the Alpha Version and have a couple of things to raise:
- When going into the movie info theres no option to play a trailer
- Cant switch off the wrapping around of the movie/tv shows lists - it always goes in circles
- The Movie Logo is not displayed - it only says "title" above the poster - re-reun artwork beef to updated artwork but it doesnt help
- Fonts - on the home screen the bolding of the selection moves all the other sections
- Fonts - The move title font in the Poster view - can this be changed or manually amended t a different one? not the biggest fan of the one used
- loading/ cashin of posters - seems to be taking a bit for the posters to load when menu is opened - not sure why - havent had that issue before
- some of the skin options dont seem to work (i.e. poster blur) and cant be ticked

Overall i love what you did with the skin - i know this is an early alpha but you made a stonking job!

Multiple widget layout was already turned on, but Horizontal menu was disabled and greyed out for some reason.

Anyway I managed to fix it by manually editing the settings.xml file.

My Favourite Skin: Arctic Horizon 2
Beautiful and gorgeous!
...Oh my gosh that video lyric mode is awesome Smile nice surprise to see something like that

It would be great if the music views use the Kodi setting of the track naming template.

How can I enable icons for the home menu?

Edit: seems like swap list and poster position doesn't work
Hi thanks for this alpha version, the construction is amazing. I have a possible problem some channels do not have EPG so the same is not shown on screen is there anything that can be done?
another thing would be the ordering channels could not find the menu to configure.
Below some screen for better visualization of doubt.

This skin is amazing. Modern simple and looking so beautiful. Just a thing. I can't chose between my pvr groups. How can I do this?
so has anyone got multiple widgets working on custom menu items yet?

My youtube menu item wont even load submenu widgets
Bit of a feature request - on the main menu widget when you press up to display title and genre and IMDb rating would it be possible to add a timed fade (say 7 seconds) to turn display the movies plot 🤔 I’m sure I’ve seen this done before but not 100%

Great skin 👍🏻
